www.bushypark.ie Bushypark Treatment Centre is a 13-bed residential treatment centre located in 17 acres of parkland, 3 miles outside Ennis Town. The centre offers a 28 day residential programme for people over 18 who are addicted to alcohol, drugs (legal and illegal) or gambling based on the 12 step philosophy/Minnesota Model of treatment. Who needs it?
Many people through no fault of their own become addicted to drink, drugs or gambling. Families are broken and untold damage is perpetrated on loved ones. Family
We in Bushypark believe that addiction affects the entire family and we therefore encourage family and other concerned persons to be part of the recovery process. We work with family members and concerned persons right through all the stage of the recovery processIn many cases it is family that make the first call to the centre to seek assistance and support. We run residential training weekends in the centre on a quarterly basis. Bushypark is a serene setting that assists in the delivery of the therapeutic programme. Bushypark House 
TV Room 
There is a 1km wood walk which runs by the stream at the back of the centre.  
There is an Oratory on the grounds to provide a quiet and serene place for residents to take time out to think and to work through the steps of the programme.
Bushypark Addiction Treatment Centre was founded in 1991 by CLARECARE with funding and assistance from the Mid-Western Health Board. CLARECARE is a non-profit organisation managed by a voluntary board of directors, incorporated as a limited company and granted Charitable Status. Bushypark centre has its own board of management comprising of HSE, Probation Services, CLARECARE, Voluntary representatives and a Facilitator. This board acts in an advisory capacity for the centre and meets on a quarterly basis. There are some facilities suitable for sporting activities including an area for football and basketball for those residents who may wish to participate. We have a tv room and a space for painting/arts and reading to encourage residents to relax while in treatment.
