CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY - Craniosacral therapy is a gentle approach to healing the body, mind and spirit. The Craniosacral system comprises the bones of the skull, the vertebrae of the back, the dural tube and cerebrospinal fluid which cushions and protects the brain and spinal chord.

This is very powerful therapy, which corrects misalignments in the spine and leads to better functioning of the body and mind. Complete healing occurs when the emotion associated with the illness is released.

HOLISTIC BODY MASSAGE & AROMATHERAPY  - Holistic body massage & aromatherapy is a wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic treatment. This massage incorporates lymphatic drainage and pressure points.

Essential oils each have their own therapeutic properties, and a blend is made to suit the client's needs. Face, head and neck are included in the full body massage.
