PURECAMPING - Eco-Camp Site and Santosa Yoga Camp

Purecamping is a new eco-campsite set in the small village of Querrin nestled into the south side of the Loop Head Peninsula, designated as a European Destination of Excellence (EDEN) in 2010.

This summer, we will be offering a camping space where guests can be genuinely close to nature, and can experience Ireland’s flora and fauna first hand. We aspire to the principles of care and respect for the land, the environment, the local heritage, community and of course our customers.

Our campsite opened in late June with a 5-day Santosa Yoga camp modelled on the camps run by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in the Cotswolds and Somerset. “Santosa yoga camps aim to bring together yogis from all traditions, to share yoga practice in a clear pure space, with an open heart, in the beauty of nature. ” Uma Dinsmore-Tuli

We are situated just 10 mins from the shore where there will be full tide morning and evening that week and there is a wonderful swimming spot at the little pier. We can organise kayaks from Nevsail in Kilkee if anyone would like to explore Querrin creek and we have the most beautiful walks along the coastline.
