EAMON FORTUNE - Counsellor & Psychotherapist For Adolescents & Adults

Eamon is a Psychotherapist and Counsellor who works from a Person Centred Approach that allows the client to explore the issues that arise in their lives.  Eamon has studied and practiced this approach for the past five years and has integrated this into his practice to give his clients a confidential, honest, empathic and understanding service, to allow clients feel that they are in a safe and comfortable environment to discuss even the most delicate of issues.

Eamon has also worked extensively with adolescence for the past three years in a second level school in the Ennis area and has covered a wide range of issues that arise for the teenager and adult alike which include depression, low self esteem, eating disorders, suicide, bereavement, bullying, trauma and abuse.  Eamon also uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in his practice to deal with specific behaviours that we all struggle with from time to time.
