I work as a Counsellor, Lifecoach and Facilitator in Ennis on a one-to-one basis or group work.

My background is in working in crisis situations with victims of domestic abuse. I worked with Clare Haven Services for a number of years where I gained valuable experience.

I deliver awareness raising talks to service users, schools, adolescences, and service providers.

I facilitate and run groups for women who experience co-dependence, addiction or abuse. (Thursday mornings 11am -1.00pm)
