Each week you will be guided through a variety of postures, breathing practices, meditation and relaxation techniques. I offer classes that will improve muscle tone, flexibility and well being. My classes combine hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga and kundalini yoga. These classes help to release the spine, tone and mobilise the body and help generate a healthier and clearer mind.
