A series of workshops which will enable participants to confidently identify and prepare a selection of edible plants. Courses run from April to September and will focus on a range of areas from seashore edibles and hedgerow herbs to trees, fruits, roots and mushrooms.
Each course, which will be season specific, will consist of an introduction to foraging, identification and collection and preparation and cooking.
